Well, Well, Well....Kwame Kilpatrick FINALLY decided to come clean (halfway) and cease the whole cocky "I'm not going anywhere!" routine and accept the terms of Wayne County Prosecuter Kim Worthy's deal. At first Mr Kilpatrick and his lawyers were trying to eliminate an jail time by declining Worthy's original 90 day sentence portion of the deal so she pulled his bitch card and changed the 90days to 120days on his ass! Lmao....I guess he saw chick was not playing and was determined to make him pay for wasting millions of the city's dollars on hush money in the whole "Whistleblower" case. He now admits to lying under oath along with lying several more times (a sarcastic gasp!) I guess he saw what road he was going down and decided to go ahead and make a deal because Worthy was well on her way to demanding that he serve the maximum sentence for committing purgery which is 15yrs lol.
Kwame must:
OFFICIALLY abide by the terms of his resignation within 14days
Plead guilty to 3 felony charges
Serve 120days in jail (which Kim Worthy says she WILL NOT reduce) along with 5 yrs probation and an agreement to not seek or hold public office for that entire probationary period
Surrender his law license IMMEDIATELY
Pay a $1 million in restitution
He will be sentenced on October 28th and he and his family must now negotiate a date when they will be vacating the Manoogian mansion.

I'm excited about Usher's "women only" tour that he announced that he's planning. He says the 15-day tour will be called the "One Night Stand Tour" and it will promote his latest album.
